I Can’t Change My Password / I Don’t Get NWS Emails

If you are not getting password reset emails (or any other type of email from us) you will need to whitelist the email “[email protected]” If you are not familiar with whitelisting, you will need to contact your email provider for directions.

We have reports that some free email services block wine-related emails. If you do not get our emails, please search for “how to whitelist an email” and follow the directions for your email service.
