Yahoo, Comcast, Outlook, and Hotmail are notoriously unreliable. We cannot guarantee you will receive our emails. If you post a question on our support center and do not get a notification within 24 hours, then it is unlikely you will ever get emails from us reliably.
The first thing to do is whitelist our email addresses (there is a knowledgebase article on how.) Then, if you need a response to a question, you will have to create a new email address (there are plenty of better services around, and most of them are free), post to our support forum, and ask us to change your email address.
Once we have changed your email address, you will be able to ask us questions and get replies.
